How long do made-to-order pieces take?
Made-to-order and artist-direct pieces usually take 2–4 weeks. We'll confirm timing with you when you order.
Where do you ship?
We ship within the continental United States (the lower 48 states).
Are there any shipping exclusions?
Exclusions apply. Oversized or fragile items may carry an added shipping fee, which we'll confirm with you before your order ships.
What if my order arrives damaged?

Can I return or exchange an item?
