A rectangular slab of white quartz, rimmed in 18k gold and set into a tortoise shell resin band. The gold surround gives the milky stone a hard edge and keeps the shape crisp, while the amber-flecked resin warms it back up. Substantial enough to wear on its own, simple enough to stack.

Care: Resin and natural stone both dull on contact with chemicals. Apply perfume, hairspray, and lotion before putting the ring on, and take it off before swimming, showering, or washing dishes. Wipe with a soft dry cloth after wearing. Store out of direct sunlight and away from heat.
