A modern shape for today's home chef, this 13.75" x 7" 1.5” deep oblong tray serves hot or cold entrees and side dishes.

All pieces are made by Terrafirma Ceramics in New York entirely by hand. Kiln-fired to extremely high temperatures gives each piece its own personality and great durability. Slight variations in color, texture and surface blushing are the natural.

All pieces are food safe and dishwasher safe.  When using your accessories in the oven, please start from room temperature in a cold oven. The microwave may be used for warming—no more than two minutes.
